Making use of the collaborative nature of a wiki, co-curricular activities that require research or planning can be done with lesser face-to-face meetings (if that helps in relieving extended time spent out of home).
One example could be for Enrichment Week trips. All basic information can be loaded on the wiki - itinerary, what to expect, what to pack, what are the on-trip and post-trip assignments, things to note etc.
On top of that, pre-trip research and preparations as well as post trip reflections can be posted here. Needless to say, this can also be a place where we link to a photo server and post pictures on say FLICKR (not a must, just a possibility). Or just a couple of significant pictures can be posted on the wiki for memory sake.
